So I was walking around downtown this afternoon with tripod and camera. Looking up at all the buildings can be dizzying if you do it for too long. Yet that’s what I was doing. I wanted to do some photographic experimenting with high dynamic range (HDR). I didn’t come out with anything fancy or jaw dropping per say, but did have some interesting results. All the photos were taken within an hour so the only thing that affected the lighting was passing clouds and shaded areas from buildings. I have several different concepts below from high detail, to a rendered looking style, to a dark evening looking shot taken mid-day.
I’m really having fun with HDR and I hope to have some cool stuff in the future.
